The main difference is found in the wheels: the Style Lite has 2 wheels, and instead, the Lite Duo & Lite Family models have 4 wheels.

Is it comfortable to handle?

I bought the Lite Style model and I can't be happier. I was looking for a car that weigh little (since I can't lift a lot of weight) but that had a lot of capacity. Your bag is very large and I have all the weekly purchase. The best thing is that when I get home, I sheet and I can keep it without occupying almost space.
