Where is my order
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been prepared and left our warehouse, you will receive an email from our shipping company with a tracking link so you can track its status and where it is.

Information on shipping times, how to make an exchange or return
Shipping times
We ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping times are:
- Spain, mainland (except the Canary Islands): 48-72 hours from the next business day after order confirmation. Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days from the day after order confirmation. Free shipping on orders over €10.
- Europe EU1 (Austria, France, Germany, Italy): 4-10 business days, from the day after order confirmation. Shipping cost: €10.
- Europe EU2 (Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden): 5-10 business days, from the day after order confirmation. Shipping cost: €18.
- Europe EU3 (Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania): 5-10 business days, from the day after order confirmation. Shipping cost: €24.
- Switzerland: 7-12 working days, starting the day after order confirmation. Shipping cost (DDP): CHF35.
- U.K.: 7-12 working days, starting the day after order confirmation. Shipping cost (DDP): £30.
I want to change my product
If you wish to exchange an item, Carlett will arrange for its collection, but shipping costs will be borne by the customer/buyer*. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.

To process an exchange or return, please send an email to info@carlett.com with the following information:
- Contact information (name + surname, address, and phone number)
- Order number
- If you wish to make a partial exchange or return, you must indicate which product you wish to return.
Once the exchange or return has been accepted, you will receive confirmation from Carlett and we will inform you when the carrier will collect the package from the original address of the order. If the address is different, you must inform us when requesting the return. Please prepare the package in the original box and in the same condition in which you initially received it.
I have received the wrong item or it is damaged
We're so sorry if you received the wrong product or one with a problem. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email us at info@carlett.com with the following information:

- Photo or video of the product and the problem
- Proof of purchase

I want to make a return
The return request period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the following conditions:
To accept a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. This means they must not show any signs of use and must be in their complete original packaging, along with all tags and accessories.
If the return does not comply with the terms described above, Carlett reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund of the order amount.
- If the product does not have its complete original packaging or tags, up to 10% of the total order value will be deducted.
- If the product shows signs of use, up to 30% of the total order value will be deducted.
Return costs
Return shipping is free for purchases made in mainland Spain and Portugal. For all other regions/countries, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund. See the following table:
- Spain and mainland Portugal: Free
- Spain (Balearic Islands): €10
- EU 1: €10
- EU 2: €18
- EU 3: €24
- Switzerland: CHF35
- UK: £30
Once Carlett verifies that the returned products meet the specifications detailed in the Shipping and Returns policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted. We will process the corresponding refund through the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.

I want to buy a new bag
Do you want to get a new trolley without buying a new one? You can do so by simply purchasing a new bag. To do so, send us an email to info@carlett.com with the following information:

- Photo of the trolley (for the specific trolley model).
We will respond as soon as possible with the bag and colors compatible with your chassis!
Warranty
All our products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase (warranty related to manufacturing defects and/or defective materials).
To process the warranty, it is essential to have proof of purchase, invoice, purchase receipt, delivery note, etc., as this documentation will be required to prove the product's purchase date.
