Do you have a braking system?

Our walker has double brake to guarantee maximum safety: it has a parking brake and a locking brake. This provides greater security and stability during use.

Can the Social Security subsidy be requested?

We as manufacturers, we cannot offer you this subsidy. You can get it in your trusted pharmacy/orthopedics and you must follow the following steps: First you must get your doctor's recipe. Once you have the recipe, go to your pharmacy/orthopedics and buy our carlett car. It will be the pharmacy/orthopedia who will apply the subsidy in the price of the product.

Is it approved as a medical product?

Our Lett Go is approved as a medical product. That means that the highest quality standards has passed to achieve this certification and is approved as a class I medical product according to EU 2017/745 MDR regulations.

What are the differences between Comfort Move & Comfort Assist?

Although the models are approved as medical products, there are slight differences:
- Comfort Move: designed for those who can move independently and by themselves, but look for extra support to go safer. It has a compact size and is very light (5.4kg).
Its ergonomic and inclined handlebar is ideal for day to day, but we do not recommend it if the person has to support the entire weight of the body in the handlebar, since the car can be lifted (due to the diagonal direction of his handlebar). On the other hand, it is ideal to go up and down steps, since the person can easily lift the trolley.

- Comfort Assist: designed for those who cannot walk on their own and who need to support their weight on the walker with the assurance that he will never turn. Thanks to its vertical exclusive design handlebar, the user can support the entire weight of the body in the same with maximum safety, since the weight will be distributed vertically and will never be lifted or turned. The seat and wheels are larger than in the Comfort Move model and weighs a little more (7kg).

What is the capacity of the bag?

The Comfort Assist rollator includes a removable bag of 38 liters of capacity to provide sufficient space and carry your purchases safely and conveniently.

What is the maximum weight that the incorporated seat can support?

The seat incorporated in the Comfort Assist is designed to support up to 125 kg, offering a comfortable place to rest during your purchases or walks.

What is its ergonomic design?

The Andor Comfort Assist is ergonomically designed, with an adjustable handlebar and 6 wheels in 3 positions to adapt to your needs and provide soft and comfortable driving. In addition, it has a lid tray to store small items such as the purse or the keys.
