  • 4 cups watermelon, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
