Shipments and returns
Shipping
We ship to countries of the European Union. Shipping deadlines are:
- Spain, peninsular (except the Canary Islands): 48-72 hours from the next day labor to confirm the order. Balearic Islands, 3-5 working days from the day following the confirmation of the order. Free shipping in orders of more than € 10.
- EUROPA EU1 (Austria, France, Germany, Italy): 4-10 working days, from the day following the confirmation of the order. Shipping cost: € 10.
- EURO EU2 (Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden): 5-10 working days, from the day following the confirmation of the order. Shipping cost: € 18.
- EUROPA EU3 (Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania): 5-10 working days, from the day following the confirmation of the order. Shipping cost: € 24.
- Swiss: 7-12 working days, from the day following the confirmation of the order. Shipping cost (DDP): 35 Chf.
- U.K.: 7-12 working days, from the day following the confirmation of the order. Shipping cost (DDP): 30£.
Returns
The return application period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Conditions of return
To accept a return, the products must be returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them. This means that they should not present signs of use, come in their original original packaging, together with the labels and accessories of the product.
If the return does not comply with the terms described above, Carlett reserves the right to carry out the total or partial reimbursement of the request of the order.
- In case you do not have its complete original packaging or labels, up to 10% of the total order value will be deducted.
- In the event that it has signs of use, up to 30% of the total value of the order will be deducted.
Cost of the return
The cost of the return is free for purchases made in Spain (peninsular) and Portugal. For the rest of the regions/countries, the expenses of sending the total refund will be deducted. Consult the following table:
Once Carlett checks that the returned products meet the specifications detailed in the shipping and returns policy, we will send an email informing you that the return has been accepted. We will proceed to the corresponding refund through the same means of payment for which the customer made the purchase.
CHANGES
In case of wanting to change an article, Carlett will manage their collection, but the transport costs will be borne by the client/buyer*. The articles must be returned in the same conditions that were sent.

How to request a change or return?
To manage a change or return, it is necessary to send an email to info@carlett.com With the following information:
- Contact data (name + surname, address and telephone)
- Order number
- In case you want to make a partial change or return, you should tell us what product quantity you want to return.
Once the change or return is accepted, you will receive the confirmation from Carlett and we will indicate when the carrier will collect the package in the original direction of the order. In the event that the address is different, you must communicate it at the time of requesting the return. Please prepare the package in the original box and under the same conditions in which you received the bulk initially.
