Right to withdrawal of orders

The customer has recognized the right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the website, and therefore, if it is not satisfied, it can return the product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days since it has acquired the possession of the product/s

The right of withdrawal may be exercised through the website by requesting the exercise of withdrawal to info@carlett.com.

The return will include the purchase amount except shipping costs, when applying. The return will be made in the same means of payment with which the product was acquired, discouragement of the return costs that will be in charge of the customer.

The client must return the products subject to withdrawal without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which their withdrawal decision is communicated.

The return of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be carried out within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw the contract and provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have previously received, otherwise, the disbursement can be retained until the reception of said goods or until the client accredits the return of the goods.

The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of them different from that necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics or their operation. In any case, for the purpose of making use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the products be returned in their original packaging together with the invoice, in the case that they are returned without such original packaging or with damage the amount that will be paid to the customer by the return of the product will be decreased in the corresponding amount. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealing so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
